Yakov Israel Blumenfeld graduated as a Rabbi in 1979, and is the current Chief Rabbi of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He took the place left by his father, Rav. Rachmil Blumenfeld Z "TSL and provides all rabbinic services, including weddings, divorces, rabbinic supervision over food, and Din Tora (Rabbinic trial).
